Who can join VITG as an international member?

Any legally established IT business or non-IT business operating worldwide can join the VITG and its member alliances.

VITG has two membership levels:

• Regional/Country Level: Includes Regional Alliances and Country Alliances.
• Firm Level: Includes firm members of each Alliance. Any business joining an alliance as a member automatically becomes a VITG member.

How to Join:

1. Submit a Membership Registration Form: Access the form here and select one targeted Alliance.
2. Provide Supporting Documentation: Attach your company profile to the Registration Form.

Important Notes:

• A targeted alliance (also known as the selected alliance) aligns with your headquartered country/region, enabling VITG to provide the most relevant support.

Membership Obligations:

1. Adhere to the regulations of VITG and your selected alliance.
2. Pay the annual membership fee on time. (Membership fee will be applicable from 2027 at $1.000USD/company)

3. Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations in your operating jurisdictions.

4. Maintain a respectful and fair-play approach within the VITG community and with all partners and members.

5. Members are responsible for complying with the selected alliance’s regulations
6. To continuously improve the business capability to maintain the authority given by VITG

7. To have common responsibility with other members in protecting the reputation of the VITG.

Membership Fee (applicable from 2027):

1. Renewal: Membership is renewed annually upon payment of the membership fee.
2. Fee: $1,000 USD per company per year

The fee includes VAT and excludes bank transfer fees (if applicable).

Payment must be made in USD

3. Payment Deadline: The annual membership fee is due by January 31st of each year.
4. Pro-Rated Fee: Members joining after June 1st of the current year will receive a 50% discount on the annual membership fee for that year.

5. Sponsor Exemption: Members who sponsor VITG are exempt from paying the membership fee for the sponsored year.

1. Renewal: Membership is renewed annually upon payment of the membership fee.
2. Fee Structure:

• 2025: $500 USD per year
• 2026: $800 USD per year
• 2027 and beyond: $1,000 USD per year

The fee includes VAT and excludes bank transfer fees (if applicable).

Payment must be made in Vietnamese Dong.

3. Payment Deadline: The annual membership fee is due by January 31st of each year.
4. Pro-Rated Fee: Members joining after June 1st of the current year will receive a 50% discount on the annual membership fee for that year.
5. Sponsor Exemption: Members who sponsor VITG are exempt from paying the membership fee for the sponsored year.
