Criteria for User/Customer:
User/Customer: Number of active users/customers; Average user/customer growth rate in the last 6 months; Average rate of reuse in the last 6 months; Paid user/customer ratio; Customer service.
Response: User/customer satisfaction level; User/customer response rate.
Criteria for Information Security:
User control of system and database access; Log of impacts on the system; Antivirus software; Anti-copying control mechanism; Firewall system against remote intrusion; Data backup and recovery system; Method of encrypting user’s data/information, password; Incident prevention and troubleshoot scenario; Information security procedure; DoS/DDos attack prevention mechanism; Mechanisms for warning and preventing targeted attacks on Internet systems; Digital signature integration.

Nomination has a Copyright/Patent/Trademark registration certificate.
Criteria for Revenue (plus point criteria):
Direct revenue from nominations and Revenue growth rate of the last 3 years; The contribution ratio of this revenue stream to the current total business revenue.
