1. What are the purposes of the EduTech Awards?
Purpose:
- Honor educational and training products, solutions, platforms, services, and content, in Vietnam developed based on technology (referred to as “Nominations”).
- Help relevant individuals and organizations have more prestigious information channels to access and refer to superior educational technology products, solutions, services, and platforms for application in management, teaching, and learning.
- Contribute to the development orientation of educational technology in accordance with the practice of Vietnam.
- Encourage and motivate the spirit of innovation, application, and mastery of technology in education and training activities.
2. The organizer of the EduTech Awards 2023?
EduTech Awards is an annual program founded by BHub Group and implemented in collaboration with specialized organizations.
EduTech Awards 2023 is jointly organized by BHub Group and the sponsoring agency – the Vietnam Digital Communication Association (VDCA).
3. Who participates in EduTech Awards?
Nominations of the programs are products, solutions, platforms, services, content, etc applied in the education and training sector in Vietnam and developed based on technology
4. How to register to participate in EduTech Awards 2023?
- Step 1: Visit the Regulations page to download the Application profile: https://bhubgroup.org.vn/en/regulation/
- Step 2: Fill in the information and prepare the Profile according to the instructions.
- Step 3: Click the “Register now” button on the Registration page: https://bhubgroup.org.vn/dang-ky/
- Step 4: Read the instructions in the description of the registration form carefully. Then fill in the information in the registration form, and upload the Application profile according to the instructions.
- Step 5: Check the information and apply.
5. What does the EduTech Awards 2023 application profile include?
Preliminary Round:
- Form HS01: Profile of nomination (Page 1 is required a scanned copy with a red mark, the rest of the document is sent as a Word file)
- Form HS02: Summary of nomination information.
Presentation Round:
- Copy of Business Results Report for the last 3 years, certified by the tax authority.
- Copy of Copyright Certificate or Copyright Commitment (Form HS03, for units that do not have a copyright certificate, requested to send a scanned copy of the red mark)
- Presentation materials (for presentation purposes)
6. How many categories does the award have and what are the specific categories?
Awarded categories: including 11 application segments as follows. The number of categories in each segment is unlimited

7. Criteria for nomination?
The evaluation criteria for the EduTech Awards 2023 are as follows:
- Criteria on Technology and Products
- Criteria on Users/Clients
- Criteria on Information Security
- Criteria on Copyright
- Criteria on Revenue (plus points)
The Award Council reviews and evaluates Nominations based on the main groups of criteria, and may consider additional factors (if necessary) case by case.
8. Benefits of EduTech Awards 2023 winners?
- Honored as the owner of Excellent/Typical/Prospective educational technology platforms, solutions, products, content, and services in 2023 voted by the prestigious Award Council.
- Awarded the Decision on Recognition of Titles with Certificates of Awards and Cups issued by the Program Organizer.
- The winners are allowed to use the awarded title and identity and relevant documents, for their legal communication and promotion activities.
- Received recognition for expertise in the Education Technology field of platforms, solutions, products, content, and services.
- Become the focus of communication at the Awards Ceremony and be announced and introduced on the media channels of the Organizing Committee. In addition, the organizers will include information about the winning platform, solutions, products, content, and services in the Recommendation Letter – sent to schools, educational and training institutions nationwide, Departments of Education, and international partners.
9. Who is the Award Council made up of?
Including professionals from:
- Organizations specializing in education and edtech.
- IT and edtech experts
- State agencies in the education and technology sectors
- Educational experts
- Finance and accounting expert

10. Do units applying to participate in EduTech Awards 2023 have to pay any fees?
- There is no registration fee required for all applicants or nominations.
- Fund for organizing the Program includes expenses for activities including organizing the program, evaluation, voting, organizing the Awards Ceremony, communications campaign for common promotion, and marketing the winning combinations after being awarded. Only participants who are awarded nominations are required to contribute funds for the above activities. Amount of payment: 30,000,000 VND/each awarded nomination (in words: Thirty million VND).
